Save Delayed Operations to a HDF5 File

Bioconductor version: 3.17

Saves the delayed operations of a DelayedArray to a HDF5 file. This enables efficient recovery of the DelayedArray's contents in other languages and analysis frameworks.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.3") and enter:

if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("chihaya")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
