Broadcast data between R and Gaggle

This package contains functions enabling data exchange between R and Gaggle enabled bioinformatics software, including Cytoscape, Firegoose and Gaggle Genome Browser.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.2") and enter:

if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("gaggle")
