isobar

Analysis and quantitation of isobarically tagged MSMS proteomics data

isobar provides methods for preprocessing, normalization, and report generation for the analysis of quantitative mass spectrometry proteomics data labeled with isobaric tags, such as iTRAQ and TMT.
