Compute cluster stability scores for microarray data

Bioconductor version: 3.8

This package can be used to estimate the number of clusters in a set of microarray data, as well as test the stability of these clusters.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "3.5") and enter:

if (!requireNamespace("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")
BiocManager::install("clusterStab")
