SeSAMe can be converted back and forth from Minfi RGChannelSet in multiple ways. One can sesamize a minfi RGChannelSet
which returns a GenomicRatioSet
. Here we are illustrating using the FlowSorted.Blood.450k
object, which is distributed in the minfi::RGChannelSet
.
