PAIRADISE: Paired analysis of differential isoform expression

This package implements the PAIRADISE procedure for detecting differential isoform expression between matched replicates in paired RNA-Seq data.

To install this package, start R (version "3.6") and enter:

if (!requireNamespace("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("PAIRADISE")
