This is the released version of RnaSeqSampleSizeData; for the devel version, see RnaSeqSampleSizeData.
RnaSeqSampleSizeData
Bioconductor version: Release (3.20)
RnaSeqSampleSizeData package provides the read counts and dispersion distribution from real RNA-seq experiments. It can be used by RnaSeqSampleSize package to estimate sample size and power for RNA-seq experiment design.

Installation
To install this package, start R (version "4.4") and enter:
if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
install.packages("BiocManager")
BiocManager::install("RnaSeqSampleSizeData")
For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
