S-Score Algorithm for Affymetrix Oligonucleotide Microarrays

This package contains an implementation of the S-Score algorithm as described by Zhang et al (2002).

Author: Richard Kennedy <rkennedy at ms.soph.uab.edu>, based on C++ code from Li Zhang <zhangli at odin.mdacc.tmc.edu> and Borland Delphi code from Robnet Kerns <rtkerns at vcu.edu>.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.3") and enter:

if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("sscore")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
