Tools and extensions for processing Sweave documents

This package provides enhancements on the Sweave() function in the base package. In particular a facility for caching code chunk results is included.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.2") and enter:

if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("weaver")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
