RImmPort: Enabling Ready-for-analysis Immunology Research Data

Bioconductor version: 3.14

The RImmPort package simplifies access to ImmPort data for analysis in the R environment. It provides a standards-based interface to the ImmPort study data that is in a proprietary format.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.1") and enter:

if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("RImmPort")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.

To view documentation for the version of this package installed in your system, start R and enter:
