This package provides interfaces to selected sklearn elements, and demonstrates fault tolerant use of python modules requiring extensive iteration.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.1") and enter:

if (!requireNamespace("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("BiocSklearn")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
