Importing from tRNAdb and mitotRNAdb as GRanges objects

tRNAdbImport imports the entries of the tRNAdb and mtRNAdb (http://trna.bioinf.uni-leipzig.de) as GRanges object.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.0") and enter:

if (!requireNamespace("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("tRNAdbImport")
