FARMS - Factor Analysis for Robust Microarray Summarization

The package provides the summarization algorithm called Factor Analysis for Robust Microarray Summarization (FARMS) and a novel unsupervised feature selection criterion called "I/NI-calls"

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.0") and enter:

if (!requireNamespace("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("farms")
