Gene Set Regulation Index

The GSRI package estimates the number of differentially expressed genes in gene sets, utilizing the concept of the Gene Set Regulation Index (GSRI).

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.0") and enter:

if (!requireNamespace("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("GSRI")
