'atlas' is a list containing three kinds of information about 23
     regions :
geographical coordinates, meteorology and bird presences.

_F_o_r_m_a_t:

This list contains the following objects:

_a_r_e_a is a convex hull of 23 geographical regions.

_x_y are the coordinates of the region centers and altitude (in
          meters).

_n_a_m_e_s._d_i_s_t_r_i_c_t is a vector of region names.

_m_e_t_e_o is a data frame with 7 variables: min and max temperature in
january; min and max temperature in july; january, july and
          total rainfalls.

_b_i_r_d_s is a data frame with 15 variables (species).

_a_l_t_i is a data frame with 3 variables altitude in percentage
          [0,800], ]800,1500] and ]1500,5000].
