Also note that the return value from flowType is no longer compatible with version 1.x of RchyOptimyx; users wishing to use RchyOptimyx with flowType 2.x should use the new and improved version 2.x of RchyOptimyx, which is actually simpler and much more intuitive. Now, the Partitions values returned in the result of running flowType is based on the thresholds computed from the initial flowMeans partitions, and agrees with the results stored in CellCounts.
