Bioconductor version: 3.17

Mass-spectrometry based spatial proteomics data sets and protein complex separation data. Also contains the time course expression experiment from Mulvey et al. 2015.

To install this package, start R (version "4.3") and enter:

if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("pRolocdata")
