pwrEWAS.data: Reference data accompanying pwrEWAS

Bioconductor version: 3.15

This package provides reference data required for pwrEWAS. pwrEWAS is a user-friendly tool to estimate power in EWAS as a function of sample and effect size for two-group comparisons of DNAm (e.g., case vs control, exposed vs non-exposed, etc.).

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.2") and enter:

if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("pwrEWAS.data")
