Collection of Public DNA Methylation Sequencing Datasets

Bioconductor version: 3.15

Base-level (i.e. cytosine-level) counts for a collection of public bisulfite-seq datasets (e.g., WGBS and RRBS), provided as SummarizedExperiment objects with sample- and base-level metadata.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.2") and enter:

if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("MethylSeqData")
