Generate QC Reports For Alevin Output

Generate QC reports summarizing the output from an alevin run. Reports can be generated as html or pdf files, or as shiny applications.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.1") and enter:

if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("alevinQC")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
