Mounting a Google Cloud bucket to a local directory

Bioconductor version: 3.13

Mounting a Google Cloud bucket to a local directory. The files in the bucket can be viewed and read as if they are locally stored. For using the package, you need to install GCSDokan on Windows or gcsfuse on Linux and MacOs.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.1") and enter:

if (!requireNamespace("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("GCSFilesystem")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
