Import Omnipath network

Bioconductor version: 3.10

Import data from https://www.omnipathdb.org webservice. It also includes functions to transform and print this data.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "3.6") and enter:

if (!requireNamespace("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("OmnipathR")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
